EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges for Nimra’s Collection products will only be entertained if we somehow shipped you the wrong product or size or the product you received was damaged in any way. In such cases, you can get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases. Requests for exchanges must be sent within 7-14 working  days of receiving your order to our help address

  1. How Return Works

After you’ve submitted a return request to mailfornajeeb@yahoo.com or call us at +92-306-2293261. After reviewing your request, if the article is delivered wrong from our side then we’ll get it picked from your doorstep within 7 to 10 working days and you will not be charged for shipping. Note if you live in remote areas you might have to send the article to us. Once the article is received at our Warehouse and after checking the quality, we’ll issue an online credit that can be used for online shopping on Nimra’s Collection.

  1. WHAT IS ONLINE STORE CREDIT?

Online store credit is digital money at your Nimra’s Collection account. It means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase.

  1. ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS TO THE PRODUCTS I CAN EXCHANGE?

Nimra’s Collection makes sure that all their customers are satisfied so we offer you the opportunity to exchange a product for another if the need arises. However, there are a few limitations as to how you can avail this opportunity.

  • Please note that items on sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange
  • Once sales start the final price at the sale will be the final price for any exchange
  • The product is in a re-saleable condition

Please make sure that all tags and items are intact and that the garment is unused.

  1. CAN I GET CASH REFUND INSTEAD?

Nimra’s Collection does not offer any cash refunds. We do offer online store credit or the chance to exchange your product for another, depending on the situation.

  1. Nimra’s Collection cannot guarantee product availability.
  2. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we shall have the right to cancel the order.
  3. Photographs, products, artworks, designs, text, graphics, logos and buttons are used with credit its owned by Nimra’s Collection.
  4. The content of the website is intended solely for your Personal use.
  5. Your personal information is confidential. We do not trade email addresses.
  6. Colors of the product may vary slightly from pictures used on the website

For international orders, Delivery timeline is 07-14 working days.
